*Standard Computer Repair Service onsite service rates are $115 per hour then $25 per quarter hour after that. Minimum service duration is one hour for on-site computer repair. Fees do not include parts, shipping or taxes. All appointments require 2-hour notice of cancellation to avoid 1-hour minimum charge. Compare us with the competition. Best of all, we can typically be on-site within hours of your call (between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday)
Pick-Up/Drop-Off Service
For smaller jobs and if you don’t need your computer immediately, SCS will pick up your computer ($40 fee) and we’ll do the work at our office for $115 per hour with no minimum time. We also offer a convenient office location for drop-off services located in Midlothian. Get Directions!
Emergency Service
If you need service within 2 hours of your request and/or between the hours of 5pm and 8am Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday, SCS can be there. Emergency rates start at $150 per hour. Whenever possible, SCS will provide you with a fixed price before we arrive, so you know the total price in advance of our arrival.
