Had an advanced CPU cooler issue with my home / work PC, and they fixed it. They provided updates each day, let me know what the price was up front, and provided detailed information of the problem as well as the steps they would take to fix it. They also cleaned up the inside and outside of the machine nicely + corrected some additional problems with it. Very happy with the service.
