Standard Service
Standard Service rates are $75 per hour then $18.75 per quarter hour. Minimum service duration is one hour. Fees do not include parts, shipping or taxes. All appointments require 2 hour notice of cancellation to avoid 1 hour minimum charge. Here's an example: If SCS is on-site for 1 hour and 15 minutes, you'll only pay $93.75. Numbers based on 1 hour and 15 minutes of on-site service. Most competitors charge by the hour. SCS discounts the rate after the first hour. Prices are subject to change.
Best of all, we can typically be on-site within hours of your call (between the hours of 8am and 7pm, Monday through Friday)
Pick-Up/Drop-Off Service
For smaller jobs and if you don’t need your computer immediately then SCS will pick up your computer ($15 fee) and we’ll do the work for $60 per hour.
Emergency Service
If you need service within 2 hours of your request and/or between the hours of 7pm and 8am Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday, SCS can be there. Emergency rates starts at $90 per hour.
Whenever possible, SCSwill provide you with a fixed price before we arrive, so you know the total price in advance of our arrival. In addition, we provide fixed rate packages for a number of our most popular services.
